2009 san diego comic-con: zombies!

found em wandering the aisles in search of warm bodies to join in the zombie walk down 5th on opening night of comic-con. alas, i had an appointment with beer at 7 and had to miss it.
i believe the event was being organized as a publicity stunt by some studio folks for the upcoming zombieland movie with woody harrelson and bill murray.
photo notes: taken with the nikon 50mm f1.8 on a d90. sb600 speedlight on camera. at this point i was quickly realizing the difficulty of shooting with a portrait prime lens in such a crowded area. was packing a zoom that went as wide as 18mm, but was fortunate to find a brief opening to snap this one.
