Question by menphix: Can you bargain about price at a wholesale market, say for cars?

I found this used car that has clean title, no accidents, and great price at a wholesale place. I'm just wondering whether I could still bargain with them to get a even lower price?

"a wholesale place" ?

If you know about it, its retail, not wholesale.

As for price, everything is always negotiable.
